Building Housing Solutions for Our Community

The rapid rise in housing prices has created real challenges for many members of our community, placing stable housing out of reach for too many local residents and essential workers.

In response to these growing concerns and the changing character of our region, the Teton Board of REALTORS established the Community Housing Fund to help support long-term housing solutions.

The TBOR Community Housing Fund makes it easy for agents, buyers, and sellers to contribute directly at closing (or anytime!) by designating a portion of their commission or transaction proceeds to help fund affordable housing initiatives with every real estate transaction. Remember, you don’t have to be a Realtor to donate.

Twenty-two Fund Founders launched the Community Housing Fund with a $150,000 commitment that will close out the $2.1M capital campaign and complete construction of 174 North King Street.

How the Fund Works

The Community Housing Fund is an opportunity for realtors, buyers, and sellers to give back to the Jackson Hole community at each closing to help bridge the gap in the housing crisis. The Community Housing Fund pools donations to maximize impact on the housing problem that affects every household, organization, and employer in our community.
